AI strategy and audit
Where AI pays in your group, what data you already own, and which vendor bills to keep, replace or stop. A ranked plan before anyone writes code.
Based on AI already at work in a real dealer group.
A be-back is the shopper who leaves saying "I'll be back." Most never do. We build the AI that brings them back.
BeBack AI builds and runs AI that texts your shoppers back in seconds, sends each lead to your CRM, and shows you which ones became sold cars. You own it.
Live today at a 40-plus store dealer group. Pilot, 2026
A working mock-up of the tools we built and run for a large dealer group: watch a shopper's tap become a lead and a sale, check every store's scorecard, and ask the CRM a question in plain English. Sample data only.
Every shopper who taps is followed from the vehicle page to the CRM deal and the sale, so you can see which taps became sold cars.
Every rooftop on one page: monthly pacing, how fast new leads get a reply, and whether the numbers are up to date and double-checked.
| Rooftop | Monthly pacing | Reply speed | Numbers |
|---|---|---|---|
| North store | On pace | Fast | Up to date |
| Bay store | Watch | Slow | Up to date |
| Harbor store | On pace | Fast | Double-checked |
| Ridge store | Watch | Watch | Up to date |
| Coast store | Behind | Fast | Double-checked |
| Lake store | On pace | Fast | Up to date |
Customers waiting on a reply, across every store, sorted so the longest wait is answered first.
Your own "get a real offer" page. It prices the trade and sends it to your used-car managers, so the trade and the customer stay with your store. Prices are hidden in this demo.
On your store's own site
Everything in the test drive above is software we wrote, tested and run ourselves. It runs in your own account, under your name, and your team can take it over any time.
What happens after one tap, in order: check the car, text the shopper, create the lead, follow it to the sale. Every day, make sure the button is still on the page.
We are a consulting firm, not a software subscription. Every service comes from software we wrote for a dealer group, and most of it is live today, so the advice has already met a real sales floor.

A Get Today's Price button on your vehicle pages. The shopper taps and texts, an AI replies in seconds, and the lead lands in your CRM with the name filled in.
Live since 8/24 on one website serving 9 rooftopsPilot, 2026
Ask your CRM a question in plain English and get a store-by-store answer. Every number is double-checked and dated, and leads that match a known scam are flagged for a manager.
Every store in a 40-plus store group: tens of thousands of leads in the last 90 days (as of 10/5)Pilot, 2026
Your own "get a real offer" page. It prices the trade and sends it to your used-car managers, so the trade and the customer stay with your store, not a vendor.
Priced 20 of 20 test vehicles, none skipped (test on 9/12). Not open to shoppers yet.Pilot, 2026
We follow each shopper's tap to the CRM deal and the sale, so you see which taps became sold cars, not just clicks.
48 leads sent to the CRM since 8/24 (as of 10/5). 2 matched to a sold car (as of 10/6).Pilot, 2026
In your own account, checked on a daily schedule and tested before every update. We keep it running, and you own all of it: the software, the account and the data.

A shopper studies a car on your site late at night and leaves saying they will be back. Here is what usually happens next, and what happens with the AI we build.
A long form and a wait for a callback. The shopper leaves the page, and often never comes back.
The shopper taps Get Today's Price, gets an AI text back in seconds, and the lead lands in your CRM with the shopper's name.
Every figure comes from our work with one dealer group, with the date it was read. Where a pilot has limits, we print them right next to the wins.
48 leads sent to the group's CRM since the 8/24 launch (as of 10/5). 2 were matched to a sale, and the CRM's own report credits the same 2 (as of 10/6).
Store staff worked 81% of the button's September leads, against 60% for all lead sources at the same 9 rooftops. That is the CRM's own count, not final until 10/16 (as of 10/6).
Typical time for a shopper to get the first text back, all time (as of 9/28). In a check of 31 leads, the slowest took 25 seconds to land in the CRM (9/22).
Button views since 9/16 and taps since 9/12, through 10/5. Until 10/6 we could count only shoppers who accepted cookies, so the real counts are higher.
No shopper opted out across 28 September text conversations (as of 9/29).
This is a pilot on one website serving 9 rooftops: 48 leads in 6 weeks (8/24 to 10/5), and most are still open deals.
The September CRM figures count only leads the CRM tagged to the button, so they are a minimum.
Every store in the group, not a pilot subset (as of 10/7): tens of thousands of leads from the last 90 days by lead source (as of 10/5), millions of CRM messages (as of 9/24), and 48 months of results by source, Sept 2022 to Aug 2026 (as of 10/6).
Scam leads posing as a well-known vehicle-history brand, from 7 look-alike web addresses, hit 17-plus rooftops. Reps had already sent them 47 replies (5/4 to 9/2, recounted 9/25).
Share of CRM conversations now tied to a lead, up from about 4%. That is the groundwork for knowing which conversations sold cars (as of 10/7).
We rewrote 124 notes that explain how report numbers are figured. A second reader corrected 31 of them, and the final review found no false statement (10/6).
Each figure comes from its own read of the CRM on its own date, so they do not add up to each other.
Reports on which conversations sold cars wait on a check that the 58% is a fair sample.
Test vehicles priced, none skipped, at about 5 cents of AI cost each (test run 9/12).
Trade-in pricing is built and tested, not open to shoppers yet: no shopper traffic and no real lead.
It waits on the group's data licenses and sign-offs, and the 9/12 test has not been re-run.
Automated tests passing across all three products, and every update has to pass the full automated test suite before it ships (10/6 to 10/7). Tests catch a lot, not everything, so we also run scheduled checks of the live page.
Health checks passed in a 48-hour live test, with 0 failures (ended 10/4).
Views passed in scheduled spot checks: the button was on random vehicle pages, desktop and phone (14 runs, 9/19 to 10/7).
Measured from tap to sale. Small pilots, real shoppers, then store by store. Nothing rolls out across the group until the numbers hold on the rooftops that tried it first.
We find where AI pays in your group before anything gets built.
We build it in your own account and wire it into the tools your people already use.
We operate it, watch it and report on it in sold cars.
Dealer groups do not need another vendor to rent from. They need the shopper who left on Saturday night to get an answer on Saturday night, and they need to know which dollar actually sold the car.
That is the work. We build the AI in your own account, wire it into the CRM your people already use, double-check every number before anyone sees it, and hand you the keys.
If something will not pay, we will tell you. Sometimes the best line in the plan is the vendor bill you stop paying.
The questions dealer principals and CFOs usually ask first.
A consulting firm that writes its own software. We design, build and run AI for dealer groups. Every service comes from software we built for a 40-plus store group, and most of it is live there today. You are not renting seats in our product. What we build for you is yours.
Today it runs on the CRM our pilot group uses: leads arrive with the shopper's name, and our reports read straight from it. If your stores use a different CRM, the audit tells you up front what carries over and what it would cost, before you spend on a build.
In your own cloud account, under your name. The software, the data and the accounts are yours. We watch it on a daily schedule, test every update, and get an alarm when something breaks. Your team can take it over whenever you choose.
Every lead is followed from the shopper's tap to the CRM deal and, when it happens, the sold car. Every report number is double-checked and dated, and we print a pilot's limits next to its wins.
Bring one question about your stores. You leave with a straight read on where AI pays for your group and how we would prove it, from the first tap to the sold car.
